“I first learnt about Reiki at our Wednesday night groups nights, by Michael, who has been a wonderful Reiki Practitioner and Master. I have had Reiki sessions for myself by Michael to help release and over come some built up emotional and physical situations.

I was attuned to level 1 in March 2004, and have helped my clients. My clients have mentioned that Reiki has helped them to release built up emotional stress and found themselves feeling relaxed and more a easy with themselves.

“I received two reiki sessions from Mike O'Sullivan a week apart. The first one I had I had such a wonderful experience while receiving reiki. I was off with the dolphins and whales and off around the world. I was also able to see colours from the different chakra (?) areas. I felt relaxed and renewed after this.

The second one, I had barely started to receive reiki when I was awoken, yes, I had gone into a deep sleep. I am so totally relaxed that I am finding it hard to remember to take things to work that I have organised the previous day. I definitely feel a lot better with my problem knee and am able to take a lighter look at the "bad" in my life.
