Why does Chaldean Numerology not use 9?

The number 0 is the number of nothing and the number 9 is the number of everything. According to ancient Chaldean philosophy, everything is nothing, and nothing is everything. Therefore people who are represented by the number 9 are meant to be the enforcers of Karma and justice.
