Power and Control

Let go! I dare you! It is not an easy thing to do as Earth-bound energy, we have an Ego mind running things we need to survive BUT, in contrast to the norm, when you go with the ride, accepting what you cannot control, freedom and joy will inevitably arise. “It isn’t easy this role we have selected on Earth”.

As with so many seemingly simple things in life, it is not always easy to let go, even of the things we know we cannot control. Most of us feel great discomfort when we have no control over what happens. To help pave the way for our acceptance of No Control work on a suitable affirmation/mantra.

During the day saying, "I surrender to this life." WOW, it is that easy at least it is a start.

Just imagine being on a roller coaster ride, there is no control there you must face what happens someone else runs that. The only control we have is how we going to handle the ride or respond to it, nothing else, we cannot get off the ride.

We must surrender that is the only answer.
