Night-time wind down ritual

The end of the day just before bed can be a perfect time for sending love to the world and finding gratitude for your day.

At the end of the day, we find ourselves at a clear transition point with an opportunity to connect to our other selves, our energy, our soul, or our higher self. While many of us have morning rituals that connect us with our centre and help us to set intentions, for night-time consider showing some gratitude for what you and all of us have. Be at peace with self and dispel the negatives and disruptions for the day just gone.

You may find that your sleep better as you fill your night with love and gratitude for your being. As you rest, you can surrender to these peaceful hours, knowing that the road behind you has been seen and acknowledged with respect and kindness, while the path ahead eases as we show gratitude and love.

There are many ways to do this such as, meditation, resting, stillness, observing self, or connecting to guides and spirits. All these provide internal benefits to self and the physical which are invaluable. It allows you to let the past have its place, to trust that the future is taken care of, and to simply rest yourself in the present moment.

Working on self is unseen, but felt by heart space, conscious and unconscious areas that all influence our life, the more peaceful and less entangled we are when we hit the pillow the better the sleep, and the flow-on effects to physical is magical.
